This Sauvignon Blanc comes from Windy Ridge block N, located at an elevation of 630 feet and featuring free-draining, rocky soil. This vineyard block includes 100% Clone 378, which is our best Sauvignon Blanc clone on the estate. The well-controlled vigor of
these vines results in pronounced aromatics and concentrated tropical flavors.

Tasting Notes
Our Windy Ridge Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromatic grapefruit, guava, lemon zest, and floral notes. The palate displays a bright acidity with a slightly creamy texture from the neutral oak. Tropical fruit flavors lead on the palate with layers of passion fruit, mango, and stone fruit.
