Carménère Cabernet Sauvignon This wine blend is predominantly Carménère with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon. Carménère produces a wine that is thick, dark and juicy; in small amounts it heightens the aromatics and texture of Cabernet. The grapes are sourced from our Estate West vineyard, which is a south facing hillside featuring rocky red volcanic soil. This vineyard block is certified sustainable and includes Estate West H Clones 1 and 2 and Estate West Q Clone 412..
