Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup egg whites (in addition to the whole eggs)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked corn kernel
  • Sugar, salt and nutmeg to taste
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, eggs, milk, melted butter and seasonings. Mix together thoroughly.
  2. Add in corn and whisked egg whites (firm).
  3. Cook in a non-stick pan using a ring to maintain a round shape, on low heat for about 4 minutes.
