ALL WINES AT CHALK HILL ARE ESTATE BOTTLED, but our philosophy goes beyond the conventional definition. Each of our 60 vineyard blocks are tended throughout the year individually. The grapes are then hand harvested, parcel by parcel and fermented in small, distinct lots. This meticulous handling of the vines, grapes and finished wine allows the ultimate expression of Chalk Hill's many and varied terroirs.
Bottle sizes are 750 ML unless otherwise noted.

Opens with aromas of cherry liqueur, wild berry, chocolate and peppery spice. The strikingly broad palate has flavors of fresh dark berries that meld beautifully with savory herbaceous notes and sweet tannins.
Aromas of yellow peach, apple, buttered croissant, and a hint of smoky vanilla. The palate is full with a delightfully creamy texture and inviting flavors of peach cobbler, buttered croissant and vanilla-spice.
A wonderful representation of our estate vineyards. Compelling aromas and flavors with a rich, textured mouthfeel. Its layered tannins create a tight structure with notes of earthy dark fruits, cedar, dried herbs and vanilla bean.
An aromatic Chardonnay that is made in the vineyard, requiring little winemaking intervention. Native yeast fermentation in carefully chosen barrels enhances the natural perfume of this clone.
It is a deep, intense, powerfully built wine that captures the heart and soul of our stunning property. I am proud to give this wine my name. - William P. Foley, Proprietor
Inky and dense, displays fruit-forward notes of blackberry and blueberry that mingle well with anise, dark chocolate, and smoky oak. The rich palate is balanced by sweet tannins and a velvety texture.
