Winery

To further advance the red wine quality, a new barrel aging facility (chai) has been designed and built. Inside, four unique, temperature-controlled zones house the various vintages and lots that are in different phases of cellaring- warmer for malolactic, cooler for long-term aging.

Pavilion

The Estate Pavilion features soft Asian-influenced decor and gorgeous hardwood floors contrasting with the handcrafted, 21- foot-tall, French Louis XIII-style limestone fireplace. The exterior glass windows offer a breathtaking panorama from every viewpoint. Picture windows open up to the Olympic-sized dressage riding arena, beautifully crafted of Alaskan golden cedar.
