WINEMAKER'S NOTES
One of eleven different Sauvignon Blanc clones planted on the Chalk Hill Estate, the 2007 Sauvignon Musque exhibited outstanding character from the day of harvest through fermentation and aging. An experience in tropical fruit, this wine shows concentrated aromas of mango, pineapple, passion fruit and honeydew melon. Its fruit driven palate is richly layered and textured, leaving you craving another sip.
