2001 Estate Bottled Sauvignon Blanc

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

After completing harvest during the first half of September, this wine quickly proved to be marvelously luscious and complex. Fermentation in both oak and steel preserved and enhanced the best qualities of such fine fruit. All of the new wine was then oak-aged for ten months before being assembled into the final blend, barrel-by-barrel.
