Red Wine Aging Cellar

To further advance the red wine quality, a new barrel aging facility (chai) has been designed and built. Inside, four unique, temperature-controlled zones house the various vintages and lots that are in different phases of cellaring- warmer for malolactic, cooler for long-term aging.
